RAMP UP Enrollment

1. Membership Dues & Payment: The Member agrees to pay membership dues according to their selected tier level via automatic credit card draft. Payments will recur on the same day each month until canceled. Checks are not accepted. In exchange for membership dues, the Member will be granted a COACH profile for the RAMP UP Program. The COACH profile will provide access to reporting, tracking, and the ability to manage agent enrollments under their office for the full program duration.

2. Digital Access & Printed Materials: This membership subscription grants access to the digital course content and does not include printed materials. RAMP UP workbooks are sold separately. Members may purchase workbooks directly through The Agent School or recommend them to agents for individual purchase.

3. Resale of Access & Materials: Member may resell user access and RAMP UP workbooks only to agents registered with their office and verifiable through local and state regulatory agencies. Members are responsible for managing access to enrolled agents.

4. Live & Recorded Content Restrictions: The Member is not permitted to stream live events or distribute recorded material, whether in part or in full, without expressed written consent from Domino 2 Technologies, LLC.

5. Payment & Service Interruption: If monthly membership dues are not received within 15 days of the due date, access for all agents enrolled through the Member’s account will be suspended. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure a valid and active payment method is on file at all times. Accounts suspended due to non-payment can be reactivated upon receipt of payment, along with a $100 reconnection fee. Domino 2 Technologies, LLC reserves the right to terminate access permanently if payment is not made within 30 days of the due date.

6. Membership Duration & Cancellation Policy: Members commit to a minimum of twelve monthly payments. After this period, Membership continues on a month-to-month basis. Cancellation requires a 90-day written notice. During the 90-day notice period, no new agent enrollments will be processed, though currently enrolled agents and Coaches will retain access to complete the program. 7. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the digital product, all sales are final, and refunds are not granted under any circumstances.

8. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property: The RAMP UP Program, including the online course, app, workbook, CAMPUS, and DISC+, along with all related content, is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Domino 2 Technologies, LLC. Members acknowledge that they have no ownership rights to any part of the program, including course materials, workbooks, assessments, and any other accompanying content. CAMPUS and DISC+ may not be copied, shared with competitors, or otherwise infringed upon. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of these materials, in whole or in part, will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

9: Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation: Members are prohibited from using the content of the RAMP UP Program, CAMPUS, or DISC+ to develop or market a competing product or service.

10. Limitation of Liability: Domino 2 Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the RAMP UP Program, CAMPUS, DISC+, or related materials.

11. Data Use & Privacy: Domino 2 Technologies, LLC retains ownership of all data generated through the use of the RAMP UP Program, including results from assessments like DISC+ or progress reports. This data will be treated as confidential and will not be sold or shared without the Member’s consent. Members are responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of their own account data.

12. Additional Agent Enrollments: Members subscribed to the GROWTH and ACHIEVERS tiers may add individual agents beyond their allotted enrollment limit for an additional fee of $150 per agent. This allows flexibility for offices experiencing higher than expected agent enrollment needs. The fee will be billed along with the regular monthly membership dues. The MEGAS tier allows for unlimited agent enrollments with no additional per-agent fees.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or related to this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation, which may be conducted online.
