Group coaching sessions are held on Monday’s at 9am Pacific Time. Live attendance is highly encouraged, recordings of our sessions will be made available.
Progress reports are due on Sunday before midnight. Weekly progress reporting is an expectation of the program and allows us to learn what is working, track your progress over time, and celebrate your wins!
Agents are encouraged to meet weekly with their accountability partner (virtually). The day and time of these meetings is at the discretion of the agents.
“Rates & Riffs” is our monthly economic update presentation and discussion.
Weekly progress reports are combined into a monthly report to review the previous month and assess what worked and what needs adjustment.
Each quarter, you’ll review your year-to-date progress to assess how well you’re advancing toward your goals. This reflection helps you stay focused on effective strategies and accountable to your own standards of excellence.
Each year, you’ll be invited to meet in person for the Annual Business Planning Clinic. As a member of the MAGC Community, you’ll receive first access to tickets and early-bird pricing.
