Our coaching curriculum has been specifically designed to help you achieve your desired outcomes as quickly as possible. The ongoing weekly or monthly calls will follow the same format as the 12-week program. The ongoing sessions will stack on the foundation set in the first 12-weeks as you continue to grow and go deeper into your personal and professional development. The 12-week program is a prerequisite to continuing your Next Level Coaching.

All of your sessions will begin with the curriculum. You will show up for your weekly call having already completed some homework that will be applicable to your coaching session. Your coach is trained to ask you about your desired outcomes and the #1 challenge you are experiencing. You will find that your challenge will often times be viewed through the lens of the curriculum.
