What I like about this program is that it serves as a true guidance for new REALTORS and it does serve as an accountability tool. Your sessions can take place either on the phone or via Zoom. It’s up to you and your coach which medium you use.
The duration of your session will depend on the method you and your coach are working through. Some sessions are as short as 30 minutes, some can last up to 2 hours.
A therapist helps you address past issues, mental health concerns, and emotional challenges. Our coaches focus on the present and future, helping you set goals, improve performance, and achieve specific outcomes for your life and business. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
The timeline for results varies depending on your goals and commitment. Some clients see significant changes immediately, while others may take several months. Consistency and active participation are key to achieving desired outcomes. how you show up to your sessions will determine what you get out of them.
